Ko Dōroro ahau. I am Dōroro.
The haigō Dōroro was chosen as a pen name (俳号) in reverence to the asceticism and resilience of bird life from my kaika—my home—while also a nod to the great haiku and hokku poets and kōan masters of times past, whom have had a tremendous influence on my words.
